Autumn Lindenfelser
Executive Director
Autumn has over 22 years of experience in eye care, with a strong passion for clinical operations and excellence in patient care. Throughout her career, she has built and led staff development and on-the-job training programs for technicians, supporting high-quality care and strong clinical teams. As a member of the leadership team at West Metro, Autumn is proud to be part of a clinical team dedicated to caring for patients and honored to play a role in preserving and improving the gift of sight.

Be Like Bob
The "Be Like Bob" award honors team members who exemplify the values of West Metro Eye and our founder, Bob Ostrow. This is our most prestigious award given to staff. This recognition celebrates employees who demonstrate all 5 of our core values in their day-to-day work—integrity, excellence, transparency, respect, and collaboration—the same qualities that Bob instilled in our practice from the beginning. The winner is nominated by their work peers and voted on by the partners of the practice. This award is presented on a semi-annual basis at our all-staff meetings.

Good Vibes
Good Vibes is our peer-to-peer recognition program that highlights the special actions and positive moments that make our days better. It is our opportunity to nominate a teammate who did something thoughtful—whether it was a helping hand, an encouraging word, or extra effort that brightened everyone's workday. Sharing these with the whole staff is just one of the many ways we show our gratitude for our incredible staff and keep everyone motivated as we work together to deliver outstanding eye care to every patient, every single day.

At West Metro Eye, we believe strong teams are built on genuine relationships that extend beyond the workplace. Spending time together outside of work helps us grow closer as colleagues and friends, fostering the trust and camaraderie that makes our team special.
Our favorite way to do this is through company fun days held throughout the year. These outings let us step away from daily routines, connect on a more personal level, and enjoy team-building activities together. From company cookouts and mini golf to navigating corn mazes at Dehn's Pumpkin Patch—nothing is off-limits!
These shared experiences strengthen our bonds and remind us that we are more than just coworkers—we are a family!
Health & Wellness
At West Metro Eye, we believe caring for ourselves is as important as caring for our patients. Health and wellness are priorities at West Metro, and we actively encourage everyone to pursue their best physical and mental well-being.
Throughout the year, our team joins health-focused events—charity walks and fitness challenges to name a couple—that support meaningful causes while promoting healthier lifestyles together. We also observe dedicated health-focus months, spotlighting different aspects of wellness and encouraging healthy habits among staff.
